Getting access and support
Use this page when you need Epic Hub launch help, beta access, a demo workspace, or support from the Core team.
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Launch through Epic Hub
Normal Core access starts from Epic Hub. If a direct Core URL does not open your workspace, launch Core from Hub or contact support@epicglobalinc.com with your name, company email, and workspace name.
Try the demo workspace
From the login page, choose Try demo workspace when it is available. Core opens an isolated evaluation workspace so testers can explore chats, projects, agents, media, analytics, data tools, apps, and admin controls without using production customer data.
Request beta access
If you need access to a real team workspace, ask a workspace admin for an Epic Hub invite or email support@epicglobalinc.com with your name, company email, and the workspace you should join.
Login and account help
If Core says your email has no account, ask an admin for an invite or use demo mode. Do not share passwords, invite links, browser sessions, or SSO launch links with other users.
Security, privacy, and retention
Review /security, /privacy, /terms, and /data-retention before using Core with customer or company data. Contact support@epicglobalinc.com when a customer needs formal security or retention review.
