This beta policy summarizes how Epic AI Core handles account information, workspace content, files, prompts, outputs, usage data, and connected integration data.

Information Core stores
Core stores account profile details, workspace memberships, prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, workflow settings, connected data-source metadata, provider usage metrics, audit records, and operational records needed to run and secure the product.
How information is used
Workspace data is used to provide chat, project, agent, media, library, analytics, billing, admin, data-tool, commerce-analysis, and hosted-app features. Usage and audit data helps operate the service, troubleshoot issues, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
AI and integration providers
When a user runs a chat, agent, media request, workflow, or commerce analysis, the prompt and selected context may be sent to the configured AI provider for that run. Connected platforms such as Amazon, Amazon Ads, Google Sheets, and future approved integrations are used only according to the workspace permissions and provider scopes configured for that workspace.
Access controls
Core uses Epic Hub launch, account roles, permissions, workspace membership, client-link grants, and approved sharing settings to limit who can access a workspace. Admins can manage users, roles, invites, provider connections, client links, and access from the admin area.
Support requests
If you contact support@epicglobalinc.com, include only information needed to resolve the issue. Do not send confidential files, passwords, API keys, refresh tokens, private keys, or provider credentials by email.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is retained while the workspace is active unless deleted by an authorized user or removed through a support-approved deletion request. Backup copies may persist for a limited recovery window, and restore processes must respect deletion tombstones before customer access is released.
