Core Terms of Service

These beta and paid-pilot terms define the basic expectations for using Epic AI Core while the product is being evaluated and hardened.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Beta and paid-pilot access

Core is provided for invite-only beta work and approved paid pilots. Features may change as reliability, security, billing, and commerce integrations are tested. Access may be limited, paused, or removed to protect the service, customer data, or production reliability.

Authorized use

Use Core only with accounts, workspaces, data sources, dashboards, integrations, and client links you are authorized to access. Do not share credentials, bypass invites, reuse SSO launch links, attempt to access another workspace, or upload content you are not permitted to use.

AI-generated output

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content, dashboards, files, recommendations, and calculations before relying on them, sharing them externally, or using them in business decisions.

Workspace content and integrations

Users remain responsible for prompts, files, instructions, connected accounts, spreadsheets, generated apps, dashboards, and other content they add to Core. Do not upload passwords, private keys, regulated data, or confidential material unless your workspace is approved for that use.

Billing

Paid plan changes are only available when billing is enabled in the workspace. If billing is not enabled, plan changes must be handled through support or a signed commercial agreement.

Support and changes

For account help, invite issues, SSO launch issues, password resets where applicable, or beta feedback, contact support@epicglobalinc.com. These terms may be updated as Core moves from beta toward broader availability.
